My Camera application disappeared from my device
How to re download my original camera application on my iPhone XS???????

You can try resetting your layout:
- Open Settings and go to General
- Select the “Reset” option and tap on “Reset Home Screen Layout”
Also, you can't delete the Camera App, nor any other default feature of your iphone. If anything you might have enabled a restriction in your Settings menu. You just need to access it and lift that restriction.
