Trackpad lag on mac pro running Catalina 10.15.5

I'm having issues on my new 2020 Mac Pro running the latest OS update. If the trackpad isn't connected to the computer, it has an unbearable inicial lag. Anyone else experiencing something similar? I can't contact apple because somehow I'm blocked.

Hi there, Plesstv.

I see that the track pad you're using with your 2020 Mac Pro isn't working as quickly as expected once it's connected. You're also not able to contact support since you're met with an error 403 going to the website. I'm glad to help with this.

Using a Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, or trackpad with your Mac -- Review the information under "Connect to Bluetooth devices after wake or startup" to see if anything applies there. Since this also a symptom on interference, also review the info under "Fix interference from other household devices" as well. If not, unpair your trackpad from your Mac, then pair it again. Test the issue to see if it responds more quickly after restarting.

Mac startup key combinations -- If you're still experiencing a lag with your trackpad after starting your Mac, reset NVRAM following these steps on start-up.

If you can’t open a website in Safari on Mac -- For the 403 error, this is usually resolved by reloading the page.

"Choose View > Reload Page.

If the page still won’t open, quit Safari, reopen it, then try again."

Let me know how that goes.

Take care.
