Bug in settings / privacy / geolocation service in iphone 7

When I go into the settings of the confidentiality of the geolocation service and go down to the bottom, it freezes in iPhone 7.

Force-quit the Settings app and try again—>How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


And also restart your phone—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
