Songs are greyed out and unable to play after waking up Macbook from sleep

Sometimes they load after like 3 minutes or sometimes it takes way more, or they just don't load at all. The only solution I found was turning off and on the Wi-Fi, which makes the loading process a little bit shorter.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Hey there natios100,


It sounds like there may be an issue connecting to the Apple Music servers when your Mac is waking from sleep.


You may want to take a look at your Energy Saver settings.


I also recommend following the steps in the article below and then testing this issue in a new user account:


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services


Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac
