Hello,
I have an Apple Watch series 4 which is on Watch OS 6.2.6
It is showing ECG app in menu.
When i open ECG app, an animated heart appears and ask me to place finger on the crown. When I do so, nothing happens.

You have to keep your finger there for 30 seconds;
