iPhone XR + Watch 5 - The ECG app is present and starts up showing the pulse heart - but when I put my finger on the crown it doesn't start count down - anyone experienced this before and knows the solution?
I've already tried deleting the App on the watch and installed it again - still no measurement

Yes - it act’s as my finger is not ‘alive’ 😂
just did a Erase All Content and Settings - that didn't solve it - starting unpairing now :D - I'll update this when solved :D
Yes, if setting it back to factory settings does not bring the function back, this might be hardware related.

Did you already try to force restart the watch?

Restoring to factory settings, and setting it up as new device would be the next steps after that:
all done - but not solved - guess I need to upgrade to Watch 6 and send this one to repair shop
