too many bookmarks duplications, need step by step procedures. Unfamiliar with some terms used or what items buttons to look for. Sorry but not good or familiar computers. only simple stuff.

To unsync safari , open system preferences > iCloud double click the box of safari it will get unchecked , click on cancel , I never searched apple you tube link so can't suggest that link .
