Left airpods battery drains faster

Hi guys, just need some help. I just noticed last week that the left airpods drains faster than the right and the other day it was at 1% and I put it back to the case to charge it but it didn’t charged at first I had to disconnect and reset it just for it to charge. And it happened again yesterday. What does that mean? Is it broken already or do I need to disconnect and reconnect it again? Thank you for the help!

Hey.

It may be a software issue, try forgetting your AirPods, and then if that does not work it may be a battery issue. Have you been taking care of the air-pods. Have they been dropped etc
