I get a code 9 already did the step but not solution
I am trying to restore my ipad bc i forgot my password but I can not, when i do the update and restore option and it is trying to update, I right away get a code 9 error, saying there is an error with my ipad and can notupdate. I already try to update my ipad and my macbook air is the latest update. I am having no luck doing any of these steps or any at all on the website.
