When I bought my new I-phone I was told I would be able to watch Apple TV free for one year. After installing the app on my tv and trying to access a movie, I get a message that says I must have previously rented or made an Apple purchase to continue.
How do we resolve this?

The offer is for Apple TV Plus, which is for Apple originals only. Currently there are 4 movies, and 24 series, with more added each month. It does not entitle one to other contents within the TV app, which include iTunes movies for rental or purchase.
