Need help- okay I backed up WhatsApp on iCloud went to iCloud said backup wasn’t done so uploaded it to pc but I had already deleted phones content and restored phone to factory settings as it wouldn’t take the update! Done this signed into iCloud backed up from the iCloud backup... got all apps and music and photos etc And WhatsApp but the messages never came through?
