MacBook Pro 2020 model, heating up

My new MacBook Pro is unnecessarily heating up way too much, and it usually happens when I am using Safari or I have plugged in the charger. It is very uncommon for heating in MacBook Pro, because my old MacBook Pro (2012 model) doesn't heat up as much as the new one.

Will Apple replace or solve my hardware issue?

I got my MacBook Pro 10th Gen model on 6th June, and facing the same issue.

At first, "Photos" used up lots of resources and power and cause heating, but that's fine, because it is synchronizing iCloud photo albums.

But after that, the MacBook Pro keeps warm, which is not normal, I can see no processes are using high CPU, just Safari or something.

Not sure why is it happens, probably the MacBook Pro is charge with USB-C cable on the left side? I read an article few months ago about MacBook Pro overheat when connecting charging cable on left side, and the problems gone if connected to right side.
