Apple Card

hello,

I tried to apply for an Apple card, then in the application it asked me to setup a two step authentication with a cellphone number.

Is it possible to apply for a card without a cellphone sim card?

I have an iPhone and Apple ID, but mainly operate with Wi-Fi network.
