I noticed a few days ago that the 0.5x zoom disappeared... when i open the camera it’s showing directly 2x, and i can’t get it back to 0.5x
My fiance has the same phone, but for her it’s showing the 0.5x
What can i do about it?

I understand that suddenly you aren't able to use the 0.5x zoom feature in the Camera App on your iPhone 11. The option for 0.5x doesn't even show up and all you can choose is 2x zoom. I suggest you try the following steps, testing after each one:
If the issue persists after those steps you may need to perform a restore of your phone. How to erase your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You will want to set the device up as new after the restore has completed.

Same issue happened to me. Support thought it was a hardware issue, so they swapped out my iPhone 11 Pro. New iPhone 11 Pro has same behavior after iCloud restore.
