I can not find the history tab for my watch activity on my phone???

How do I find the activity history tab for my iwatch activity on my iphone???

How do I reduce Activity History space on Apple Watch? My Activity app takes up the most storage space on my Apple Watch (85MB). Since my activity history synchs to my iPhone, I do not see a reason to have much history accumulate on my watch. Is there a way to limit how much Activity app history accumulates on my watch? And if not, is there a way to clear it without losing the history on my iPhone's Activity / Health apps? (It seems like all the tips on-line address Music, Photo, Messages space, but I have yet to find a good tip on Activity.) Thanks in advance!

Viewing Apple Watch activity rings history First of all, I want to get this out-of-the-way: Apple needs to stop changing things! There are websites that tell how to do this process, but they’re articles are written before the major iOS 14 update that added the Fitness app and replace the activity app with it on the iPhone. So my question is: how can I view my Apple Watch activity move ring exercise ring and stand history following the new iOS 14 update in subsequently the iOS 15 update?

App usage history missing after Apple Watch Update 10.0.1 With the new Apple Watch update 10.0.1, I can't find my recent app usage history. I used to be able to push the side button and it would come up with my most recent (and most used) apps. i.e., steps, ECG, weather, etc. Now I have to find the app every time. Is there anywhere that shows that history? Also, scrolling with the crown is annoying.

It's in the Activity app on the phone,History tab is at the bottom extreme left of the screen.
