Kernel Panic

hello everyone, i'm new here, unfortunately my new imac have problems since i have bought in the past january.

sometimes when i'm working, not an specific app the display divides in two colors or with lots of strips. i have called to apple and they sayd to update to catalina, this model came with mojave, i have updated and the error persists but now the major of the times the error ocours in the start up. I'm a litle worried and i need to know if there is and hardware problem becouse the imac is in the warranty and if there is a hardware problem i will send it to the istore. I made some hardware tests and aparently everything is ok.

can anyone help me?
