Network update/ software update failed

Does anyone have an issue with updating the software due to connection to the internet failure? I am connected and am trying to update but the phone is not detecting it as connected, therefore I’m unable to update or connect to mobile data and network for that matter. As you can see, I’m connected to wifi, but it pops up the same error. I don’t know what to do. I can’t make or receive calls. Can’t use mobile data at all, or wifi to update software and fix the issue which apparently Apple says I need to do.
