I don't see anything concerning in the EtreCheck report. The Kernel Panic appears related to an Adobe product so you should make sure they are all up to date. Page Faults as found in your Kernel Panic if not caused by software is most likely a hardware memory issue. Try running the Apple Diagnostics.
If the Apple Diagnostics don't find a problem, then try running Memtest86. You can create a bootable Memtest86 USB drive using Etcher (Mac/Windows/Linux). Option Boot the Memtest86 USB drive and select the orange icon labeled "EFI".
You should also try running Disk Utility First Aid on the SSD. Even if Disk Utility reports the file system as "OK", make sure to click on the details to see if it reported any errors. If it reported errors and didn't fix them, then you may want to backup or clone the system followed by erasing the physical drive to create a fresh APFS file system. Then restore everything from the backup or clone.
You definitely need to check to see if your laptop qualifies for this free Apple SSD repair program:

If your laptop qualifies, then make sure to have Apple perform the free repair even if you are not having any problems with the laptop.
FYI, here is a current list of the publicly acknowledged free repair programs for various Apple products (some such as your laptop have multiple repair programs):

Edit: You can also back up everything and perform a clean install of macOS by first erasing the whole physical drive before installing macOS.

Test the laptop before restoring or migrating from a backup. If the issue still occurs with no third party apps, then you either have a macOS 10.5.5 bug or a hardware issue. If it works fine, then try installing your apps on the clean install and testing to see if one of the Adobe products is having an issue.
