How come I can no longer copy and paste my docs from Pages into this Keynote 10? This just happened today while I was able to do it on previous days. Only thing different is that I plugged my iPhone 11 into my Mac.

Thank you Becky! I did your first suggestion and in the process I found out that my Pages simply needs to be updated. It is now working perfectly and I was able to finish my presentation via Keynote on time.
This taught me to make it a habit to check my updates even though no notifications are given when cases like this occurs. Thank you!

I understand that you are unable to copy/paste from Pages to Keynote. I have a couple of suggestions to isolate what might be going on.
First, try creating a new Keynote presentation and try to copy/paste from Pages. If this works, then there is likely something damaged with the original Keynote presentation.
If you are unable to paste into the new Keynote presentation, then create a new user and test the issue there. Both in the original presentation and in a new presentation. The other way around, I am unable to paste Keynote text into Pages. Pasting text from Notes into Pages is still possible. Apple apps should communicate better with one another no? Please advice. Thanks
