Email regarding payment issues for my iCloud storage

I received an email this morning from Apple; telling me my iCloud storage (50g) had been cancelled due to "unable to make payment'. I checked my payment info and it was correct, except the CVS number wasn't seen. I added the numbers. How do I reestablish my iCloud storage plan?
