Could my iPhone be infected by a malicious software after I clicked on a link in Instagram DM, it opened it, it took me on a weird page that said “You’ve been chosen to win....bla
bla”, page was opened for a brief moment (second or two) and I closed it as quickly as I could. My iPhone is 11 pro and it has latest software.

Those are scam messages. You can’t infect a phone.
