Virus/malicious software

Could my iPhone be infected by a malicious software after I clicked on a link in Instagram DM, it opened it, it took me on a weird page that said “You’ve been chosen to win....bla

bla”, page was opened for a brief moment (second or two) and I closed it as quickly as I could. My iPhone is 11 pro and it has latest software.

Can I get a virus with my iPhone? I was watching a new video on youtube that the creator just posted. As I was finishing the video I decided to scroll through the comments. When scrolling, there was this one comment with a time stamp on a certain part of the video. Right below this, was a link to a random website. Instead of my thumb pressing the time stamp, I hit the link which directed to me to an adult website. I know that most adult websites and free movie sites tend to be malicious and computers would have a virus if not protected. But when I pressed the link, I immediately closed it after seeing the content as I didn't want any viruses. But my question is, is my phone now infected? Or am I safe?

Those are scam messages. You can’t infect a phone.
