Hello. I have a number linked to my phone for iMessage and FaceTime which isn’t mine. It’s the number which was allocated to me by my service provider before I transferred my old number. How can I remove this number as I no longer have access to the sim

You need to change the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
