My iphoneXS battery drains super super fast
Hello, I've been used iphone XS 64gb for 1and half years. (In fact, it's just been 6 months because during the first year, I used Galaxy and I switched the device.)
At the first time, my battery capacity was 100% and it became 89% now. I'm using it only when I have to go outside and I always use ipad in home. I don't watch youtube and just use it for listening music, taking photos, or doing some SNS. I turned of the background app fresh, GPS, alarm and also my software is the latest one. I already reset my phone for 5 times. I've tried everything to save my battery. But my battery is draining totally when I use it for a hour and it's getting warm(It drains overnight ). Recently I went to Apple shop and got support. But they told me there's nothing wrong with my phone they just told me the reset your phone and update your software. Now, I really don't know what to do and it's super hard to use my phone. But I think it's pretty expensive to just change my battery. Have you ever experienced this kind of problem? Or is there any solutions that I can get? Please help me :(
