MacBook Pro won't work

I have macOS Sierra version 10.12.5

When I switch it On its start well, but after 5 mins all opened applications start send Error (Unexpected close). Even trying to open Safari, software update, iPhoto, Microsoft and a few others, all that happens is that the icon bounce up and down on the doc for about 3 minutes then stop with out showing an arrow under it and without opining the app. What should I do?
