ipad disabled

Hello my ipad has been diabled, i have attempted multiple times to update/restore to factory settinwat hours for the update the nothing happens on itunes or on the ipad. i cannto erase it from icloud either. i need it to workby any means. how can i solve this issue.

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
