I’m using a HDMI 4K cable there was a long delay before set up began 4 days ago, trying all 3 HDMI ports on the tv. The past few days I had to disconnect then reconnect HDMI before it came on. Today it is not coming on at all. Can you suggest anything else to try please?
Restart the Apple TV by unplugging it for 2 minutes, do the same with the TV. Next (in this order) plug in the TV and power it on. Next, plug the Apple TV back in and re-connect the HDMI cable. If this does not work, please contact AppleCare at AppleCare contact Information
