Winodws 10 Bluetooth issues
Hi all,
Ever since I have updated my MacOS and Windows 10 Bootcamp, my Bluetooth mouse is acting up in Windows.
I've always known that BT and Windows 10 Bootcamp is a tedious thing, but right now I am not able to get it to work properly. Before the updates everything was working flawlessly.
What happens is, that when I pair my mouse in Windows, it will function as long as I keep it moving.
As soon as I let it be idle for 10 seconds, the mouse will no longer work. If I now navigate to my bluetooth device setting, it will start working again, only to disconnect again at the moment it is idle for 10 seconds or longer.
I've read online that in these cases you need to head over to 'device manager' -> Bluetooth-> Bluetooth Radio and under the Tab 'Power management' you need to disable "Allow the computer to turn off this device to safe power"
The thing is, I do not have this tab, and it is also not to be found in any other Bluetooth device listed under 'Bluetooth' in device manager.
I have already installed the latest Bootcamp support software and drivers, also I have tried changing the drivers, but with no luck so far.
Does someone here have any other suggestions in how to get it to work?
Thanks in advance!
