ipad mini 2 freezes when updating

Hi. i tried updating my ipad mini and it went to a white background and black logo.. but it keeps freezing when it's near at the end of the line. i tried to put it in a recovery mode and i can't access to my itunes when i plugged it in my laptop without this window popping up "Do you want to allow this computer to access information on your ipad?" when i click continue it keeps popping up i guess it's because i need to click something in my ipad which i can't because of the freezing update..i hope you guys can help me out.. =) this ipad has been in me for years and i've been attached to it...
