Vinyl audio conversion software for Catalina

I have an ION USB turntable and EZ Vinyl Conversion software, which in the past I have used to install my vinyl disc's content onto my iMac. Now the software does not recognise my Catalina OS and I cannot find another free conversion package to allow me carry on loading my vinyl music onto my iMac. Your help and advice would be gratefully appreciated.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Any recording app with do this. For instance Audacity
