Folder browsing window issue

Good day.

Not sure why but when I opened 'Machintosh HD' everytime, the folder window view are small, as attached. (although I'd set the 'view options' and manually dragged it but still the same).

May I know how to make it a permanent window view site that I want all the time without manually doing it is needed anymore?
