Unable to connect to Wifi/Bluetooth

Hi,

I have an iPhone XR, about 2 years old. All of a sudden my wifi button is greyed and and my bluetooth doesn't work. I have just upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro Max, but I have been unable to transfer my data across.

Therefore, I am going to lose all my photos as I cannot upload them to the cloud because I don't have wifi.

So a few questions:

  1. How do I fix my greyed out wifi and bluetooth not working?
  2. Is there a way to upload photos to iCloud over cellular data?

Thanks!

iPhone XR

  1. Try to reset network settings going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings, keeping in mind that this procedure also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is affected. When done, restart your iphone.
  2. Yes, but you can't backup, sorry.
