I receive the below mentioned error message when I wanted to backup my iphone through icloud.
"iPhone Backup Failed
You do not have enough space in iCloud to backup this phone"
The backup info page is as below
Last Backup - Never
Backup Size - Zero KB
Next Backup Size - 435 MB
iCloud Storage - 45.7 MB of 5GB Used
I have tried after a restart, network reset and a complete reset. It didn't work.
I couldn't figure out the problem!...

Finally Its RESOLVED!...
But not with any of the above discussed method. I just did a "Manual Full backup of my iPhone through itunes to my PC".
After doing this the icloud backup occured automatically.
I'm not sure whether its mandatory to make a manual backup before using icloud, but this resolved my problem...

Very odd as those stats don't add up. In addition to what you've tried above, have you tried signing out of iCloud on the device and signing back in?
Yes I have tried that. Singing out and in also didn't work...
Is there anything to do with the apple account setting?
