Unauthorized Purchase (twice)

What can I do to file for a refund on apple! First transaction was made on May 16, 2020 and now i received an email that I purchased another one! And can’t verify it how much. I upgraded my icloud yesterday June 14. Yet, i received an email yesterday purchased something on June 12, 2020! I called my bank but there’s no response! Help me please
