Is this a bug or what? ''Would you like to change the preference for plug-ins to open in control view? ''

my logic recently started doing this thing where it just keeps aksing me this well the thing is i dont want it so when i click do not show this message again and cancel it , it basically doesnt do anything once again when i try to open a plugin it asks the same question, so you would probably say just press do not show again and ok, but the problem then is even if i turn it off in preferences it then turns itself back on.

So first off i just want to know if anyone else had this - how did they fix it ?

The control view just slow all of my process working

P.S. i did reinstall logic and it still did this so i guess it could be a bug
