I was just wondering if there's any way to purchase a MBP with Korean keyboard (physical keyboard) on it in Singapore?
Am learning Korean and it is truly an eyesore if I have to apply stickers or silicon protectors. Currently there are only a few keyboard layouts available in the online Apple Store, but is it possible to obtain the keycaps from the physical store once the current situation subsides?

You really need to contact stores directly yourself. Nobody in these forums represents Apple sales or any store.
As far as I know, there's no way to buy something which is not listed in the choices in an online store's web page, and
Apple store's do not ship outside their own country. You can try to ask some other retail store if they can get one for you, but most likely you will have to travel to a country where the keyboard you want is available or have a friend in that country buy one and send it to you.

I think you can Korean keyboard layout MacBook Pro at retail Apple Store, though It would take time to get it, also I'm not sure retail Apple Stores are opened in Singapore.
Anyway you should contact Apple support and ask about it.
