My phone doesn’t want to backup and the contacts turned to numbers?

How can I backup my ICloud the contacts disappeared I have deleted like 2 000 pictures and 70videos and it ain’t helping I also deleted all the apps on my iPhone except for what’s app

i seriously need help I can’t lose all the data

backing up iphone how do I back up my iphone contacts? I have icloud but don't see all my contacts there. Got a new phone and want to make sure I dont lose all my contacts.

See - If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
