Buggy iPhone 11pro

I have recently upgraded to a new phone. In the 4 days I’ve had it the screen has been acting strange. There are times when it is unresponsive when not being used. Sometimes it is difficult to log in because it does not register any codes being put in. (The white circles look like they will fill in while being touched only to empty after you stop touching the code numbers. When texting, the keyboard will flip to numbers and symbols without touching those icons. Other times when texting, the cursor will jump around the message without direction, usually backwards 2-3 lines.

I have tried a hard restart, it it didn’t seem to do much good. Did I just get a “lemon” of a phone? Is it broken? Is there something else I can do?
