I can’t pair my old Apple Watch with my new phone

I’m trying to pair my old watch with my new iPhone. Set up said my ID cannot be used to set up this watch. I don’t remember the Apple ID I used to lock the watch. The one I have now is different. What can ido?

You need the old apple id to remove the activation lock off your old phone,without this the watch won't pair with anything else.
