My iPhone has a dead screen. It needs to be replaced. An employee at the Apple Store told me I can back my phone up using iTunes on a computer. I can not figure out how to do this. Once I backup my phone to icloud I will get a new phone. Until then I have 13000 files I will lose. Please help.
