Reboot Internet Recovery Issue

My Macbook Pro was stolen. The police returned it, however it looks like the computer has been wiped. I get the '?' message when turning it on. I'v tried doing an recovery Command-R however my Wi-fI connection doesn't work and I get error message -1007f or -2002f. I've attempted to insert an ethernet cable however that appears to register nothing, and again I get -1007f.

Cannot run macOS Recovery (error 1008F-2100F-2003F) -Mac stuck in internet recovery MacBook Pro Late 2019 started restarting unexpectedly. So, I decided to erase the disk and run a clean install. Command+R and boom I get a firmware passcode. I go through and I get the typical options. I erased the disk through Disk Utility and the only option was Ventura. I didnt want Ventura, so I switched off in order to restart and be able to re install the previous one I had (Big Sur). No luck. The mac is stuck in internet recovery mode only, doesnt offer other options after booting. When it gets connected to the wifi, I get errors 1008F. I got once 2100F & 2003F. I have deactivated Macbook from Find My, I have reset PRAM, SMC etc. I have tried wifi, wired connection and hotspot over the iphone with 4G (that was the fastest). I am so desperate. The machine refuses to run a recovery & clean install. Any help??

Big Sur killed my 2019 MacBook Air long story shorter: Big Sur froze my MacBook Air and would not finish loading. Had to wipe my disk in recovery mode (per apple support) and now I’m locked out completely. The only thing it can do is something called internet recovery mode - but it won’t connect. I’ve tried 10x on different WiFis (normal, hot spot, typing in the ID on the router) every time i get this: a globe with an exclamation point support.apple.com/Mac/startup -1008F I’ve done everything on the website linked, looked up the code. Nothing works. I’m terrified that my Mac is gone forever and i cannot lose it.

You are going to need a strong and stable WiFi connection to reinstall macOS from Recovery mode.
