Volume isn’t working

My volume buttons aren’t working on my iPhone X and there is no sound coming from my phone. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth on/off, resetting my phone, resetting settings, and closing all background apps. Nothing worked. This all happened after a software update.

I can hear the ringtone but I can’t hear anything in the apps and games and stuff. My volume button also doesn’t work still.
