Can I set a passcode for accessing all settings?

I have a very curious special needs user who is constantly changing settings. Can I set a passcode for just that app?

Hello Kailey,


There is no option to set up a passcode just for the Settings app.

There, however, is the Screen Time option in the Settings app which will give you some control to set restrictions for the iPhone settings. It does NOT cover the entire feature set of the Settings app but allows you to restrict a few critical changes with a separate passcode. You can set that up for yourself..
