Retrieve the iCloud backup

I have two iPhones. iPhone 6+ and iPhone 8. Currently, I am using the iPhone 8. Yesterday, this phone (iPhone 8) getting the black screen (frozen screen) and unable to turn on the phone. I have already updated all backups of the iPhone 8 on iCloud. I want to restore this backup to iPhone 6+ now. I am not sure how to do this.

Could you please guide me.

If the iPhone 8 won't turn on, try the following -- If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support.
