Mac Book Pro 15" 2016 Touch Bar not working after Catelina 10.15.5 update

Hi, I update my iOS from Mojave to Catelina after which my Touch Bar display disappeared, it was working fine till before that. The touch still works as I can see the functions/options on the screen upon touching over the bar, but the bar is is green - with dots all over. Please help me resolve this issue, I am worried. I saw a few queries related to the same issue after an update, but my problem remains unresolved.
