fullscreen icon doesn't work properly

I have a problem with fullscreen icon while displaying my website on iphone and ipad device. it doesn't lead to fullscreen mode. I have to tap double the immage to enlarge it. on other devices it works fine.

No full screen when clicking on link I find this very annoying and I would like to get rid of it so the link opens to full screen as the thumbnail size is very difficult to read and to enter any required details. The answer previously given on this subject does not solve the problem. If there is no way to solve this the perhaps Apple should consider removing it on the next iOS 13 update.

iOS Home Page icon Placement When I try to place Home Screen icons on my iOS devices the screen goes nuts and moves all of the icons in a way that makes it impossible to place things where I want them to be. Icons swirl around and end up in nonsense places or pop to the next screen so I have to chase after them and bring them back to the screen I was working on. iPad page comes up as a small narrow right hand pane When I click on something to open an additional page it comes up as a small narrow right hand pane with a A at the top. It used to come up as a full sized page. How do I stop this from happening? It is very annoying especially when trying to look at a store ad. etc... [Re-Titled by Moderator]
