Updating Netflix payment

Tried to do this online. iTunes utterly useless. Rang Apple. Told him the problem and requested disconnected iTunes. Told me I was disconnected from iTunes. It didn’t happen.

I need to delete my current Netflix account. Any suggestions?

If you started the subscription through iTunes, make sure it is really canceled, by checking as indicated here:

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Going forward, if you re-subscribe to Netflix, do it directly with Netflix, not with iTunes. See information here:
