My Apple ID is disabled for Using App store and iTunes

hi , i am Khawar H. from Pakistan .

i am using American Made Cell phone by Apple Company , Model Iphone X

dear Officer , i have a problem with my Apple Id , may be Some Subscription unpaid problem made my Apple I'D Panic and Disabled for my Use with App Store and Itunes.

my Device Serial # is F1***********CL6, MODEL # MQA82LL/A

I get Error when i DOwnlaoding any app in my MacBook or iPhone x , "you apple id is Disabled for App store and itunes"

See 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.”
