Apple ID disabled in AppStore and iTunes

Hey I’m unable to update my apps in AppStore As it is saying “your account has been disabled in AppStore and iTunes” I’ve tried everything as mentioned. But I’m unable to contact Apple support as I’m from Pakistan and the number I got to contact Apple support is not responding at all I’ve tried calling so many times but failed. Now pls help me what to do I’ll be very grateful.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
