family sharing invitation

My partner, who lives in the UK, has invited me, living in the Netherlands, for family sharing her Apple Music. When I received her invitation, I tried to accept it but this was rejected because Family Sharing apparently is restricted within one country. Disappointing, but that said, since then I have the following problem getting rid of the invitation.

My System Preferences shows a notification concerning above mentioned invitation, which I can not let it disappear. When I tap the “View Invitation”-button, a screen appears showing this invitation and the buttons “Decline” and “Accept”. An other screen appears with the message that “There was an unexpected error”. Tapping the “OK”-button make this message disappear en re-appear 5 times, continued with an empty invitation screen only showing the “Decline” and “Accept” buttons. Tapping both buttons does not result in any change. I am not able to either accept or decline the invitation.

How can I get rid of the invitation and it’s matching notification?
